Online learning for the children in the event of a school closure

In light of the constantly evolving advice from the Government in relation to the guidelines for the Coronavirus, we have sent a Parent Mail out this morning explaining what we are doing as a school and our current stance.

We have had a number of calls this morning in regards to what the children can do at home if families are self isolating. Please see below for links to online learning for the children to access from home. There will be additional items added to the class pages on the website.

We are working hard to try and maintain school as normal , so the priority of staff is to deliver normal lessons within school, and will not be available to mark homework at this time. Any communication in regards to questions for class teachers should be sent to the school office.

As always, thank you for your support in these changing times.

Classroom Secrets:

Purple Mash- all children have an individual log in: Staff will assign tasks for the children to complete. We would recommend this option primarily, as staff can then provide feedback to the children.

Times Tables Rockstars children have their own log in.

Spelling Shed- all children have an individual log in.

Year 6 will be provided with a pack of work to support their learning. This will be handed out this week.

Our school website- staff will be adding additional activities to the class pages.
