This week was anti-bullying week, the theme was being unique.
All over the world people wore odd socks to represent our differences. We decided to create our own odd socks and each child decided how they were going to play a part and help stop bullying.
This week we celebrated Diwali, we learned all about the festival of light and how it is celebrated. We created some of our own rangoli patterns.

In Year 3, our question was 'What is racism?'
We explored our own views and the children made their own decisions about what racism is and how they, as the next generation, can help make the world a kinder place.
Our topic in science this half term is ‘Animals including humans.’
We looked at how foods can be put into groups and how much of each group we should be eating to have a balanced diet.
We then created our own plates of food using what we had learned to help us stay healthy!
We also looked at the skeletons of a range of animals including ourselves.
We learnt all about why we need bones and muscles and how some animals have back bones while others don’t.
We enjoyed labelling our skeleton - Boney Brian.
